Shane Childers
Owner
Shane is a co-owner of ARC and has been actively involved with the company since its founding in Fort Wayne in 2012, alongside Jenna. Throughout his tenure, he has held various roles, including estimator, installer, manager, and business development contributor. In addition to his work at ARC, Shane has established a Commercial Real Estate firm, where he now focuses on assisting clients in identifying ideal investment properties. Outside of his professional endeavors, Shane is passionate about participating in triathlons, spending quality time with his family, and exploring new destinations through travel.

Jenna is our resident expert on window treatments, offering specialized guidance to both residential and commercial clients. She works closely with each client to provide tailored solutions that seamlessly blend functionality with style. Jenna takes pride in not only being a window treatment consultant but really forming bonds with her clients. Outside of her professional role, Jenna has a passion for cooking and baking with her daughters, DIY home improvement projects, hiking, and cherishing quality time with her family.
